What being benched means
You set the rate
One rate per activation, yours to change whenever you like. Brands see the number you set and pay it. Nobody takes a percentage off the top, on either side of the table.
Briefs come with a window
The angle, what is worth pulling on, what not to say, and the hours it has to land in. That is the whole brief. You write the post yourself, in your own voice, and you disclose it.
Taking one is optional
A brief in your inbox is an offer. Declining costs you nothing and does not drop you off the bench, because a bench of people posting things they do not mean is worth nothing to anyone.

What it never
asks you for
Connection is OAuth against your own X account, with the scopes listed at the moment you approve them. You can disconnect at any time, and the snapshots already taken stay attached to the windows they belong to.
